STIX FHA respects the privacy of players, parents and guardians and aims to handle personal information responsibly.
1. Information We May Receive
When you enquire about or book a session, STIX FHA may receive information such as a player's name, parent or guardian details, contact information, session preferences and information needed to manage the booking.
2. Why Information Is Used
Information may be used to arrange sessions, communicate with players and parents or guardians, manage attendance, process enquiries, provide requested services and administer STIX FHA activities.
3. WhatsApp Communication
If you sign up with STIX FHA, the player and their parent or guardian may be added to STIX WhatsApp groups. These groups are intended to make communication between the coach, players and parents easier.
4. Protection of Information
STIX FHA should take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse. Access to personal information should be limited to what is reasonably required for academy activities.
5. POPIA
STIX FHA aims to process personal information in a manner consistent with the principles of South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, commonly referred to as POPIA.
6. Third Parties
Where external services are used for communication, bookings, payments, gym services or website hosting, relevant information may be handled by those providers as necessary to provide the requested service. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
7. Your Information
Players and their parents or guardians can contact STIX FHA to ask about personal information held about them, request correction of inaccurate information, or raise a privacy concern.
8. Cookies and Similar Storage
The website uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie preferences. Necessary storage is used to operate the consent system and remember the choice you make. Optional analytics and marketing categories are disabled unless you actively enable them in the cookie settings. At the time of publication, STIX FHA does not load an analytics or advertising tracking service through these optional categories.

This policy may be updated as STIX FHA's website, services and administration develop.
