TERMS &
CONDITIONS.
These terms set out the basic conditions for STIX FHA training sessions, merchandise and communication.
1. Training Sessions
Hockey sessions are held at The Settlers High School and are currently available on Wednesdays and Sundays, subject to booking availability.
2. Pricing
Off and pre-season pricing is R300 for a private session and R250 for a group session. From March, pricing is R250 for a private session and R200 for a group session. Prices may be updated by STIX FHA when future pricing changes are announced.
3. Cancellations
If a player books a session and cannot attend, misses the session, or cancels on the day of the session or the day before, full payment for that session remains due. At least 24 hours' notice should be provided for cancellations.
4. Communication
When a player signs up with STIX FHA, the player and their parent or guardian may be added to the STIX WhatsApp groups for communication between the coach, players and parents.
5. Merchandise
STIX sports T-shirts are currently R420. Size M is currently available, with further sizes expected through future orders. Availability should be confirmed before payment.
6. Sponsorship
STIX FHA may offer sponsorship opportunities to players who demonstrate consistency and commitment. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and the specific benefits or criteria may be communicated separately.
7. Changes
STIX FHA may update these terms, prices, session availability or services as the academy develops. The current website information should be checked before booking.
